Q: What inspired you to found {business} and what were the main challenges you faced?
My passion for all things art, particularly music, and my curiosity about government and society is how I can be defined as an artivist. What compels man to govern the way we do, and what keeps us from living a more communal life-one free from capitalism.
Q: Did you start the venture alone?
I credit my "nana" for planting the social justice seed, and modeling the importance of community. My nana was also influential in supporting my music dreams, but my husband was the person who encouraged me to quit my previous career and pursue my passions.
Q: What's your business model, and how have you grown your revenue?
I do not have a business model - it is currently evolving.
